Individual Psychotherapy
All modalities outlined in my clinical practice—including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—are integrated into treatment based on your unique goals and capacity.
While my core focus is individual therapy, bringing partners, family members, or support systems into individual sessions is often welcomed and incorporated when clinically beneficial.
Chronic Illness Strategy & Consultation
A specialized, forensic consultation designed for those navigating complex multisystem conditions. Services include:
- Clinical Assessment & Mapping: Pre-diagnostic screening for Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), POTS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and ME/CFS, alongside vetted specialist referrals for official medical diagnosis and targeted care.
- Psychoeducation & Translation: Unpacking how these biological conditions impact the autonomic nervous system, create systemic "alarms," and mimic or overlap with primary mental health diagnoses.
- Immediate Strategy: Providing concrete, highly actionable tools, pacing protocols, and nervous system resources so you can immediately begin taking charge of your health and biological sovereignty.
📑 Ancillary & Collateral Services
To maintain the highest quality of interdisciplinary care, administrative and professional support outside of scheduled session times is billed on a prorated basis (based on my 60-minute session rate of $300/hr, or $75 per 15-minute increment).
- Provider & Team Collaboration: Case consultation and clinical care coordination with medical doctors, specialists, psychiatrists, or allied health team members.
- Clinical Letters & Administrative Documentation: Drafting specialized diagnostic summaries, medical/disability advocacy letters, accommodations requests, or housing/academic documentation.
Payment Methods & Insurance Details
💳 Payment Methods
Cash, check, Apple Cash, Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
📄 Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement
I am an Out-of-Network (OON) provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, therapy services are frequently eligible for partial or full reimbursement through most PPO insurance plans.
Upon request, I am happy to provide you with a monthly itemized receipt (Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
💡 Pro-Tip: I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your specific "out-of-network mental health benefits." Key questions to ask include your out-of-network deductible, reimbursement percentage, and allowable amounts for CPT codes 90834 (45-min individual therapy) and 90837 (60-min individual therapy).
⏰ Cancellation Policy
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
