All modalites outlined in services (EMDR, Somatic, IFS, TRE, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy are utilized and integrated based on client needs. Though I primarily see "individuals", it is frequently appropriate to bring significant others and family into indivcidual sessions.

CHRONIC ILLNESS CONSULTATION
Can include: Clinical assessment of hEDS, POTS, MCAS, ME/CFS, referrals to specialist for official medical diagnosis and treatment. Provide psychoeducation on these conditions, how they impact the nervous system and mimik and or overlap with mental health disorders. Provide a plethora of immediately and concrete steps, tools and resources so you can begin to take charge of your nervous system and health.

Cash, check, Apple Cash, Zelle & Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted.
INSURANCE
Although Tara does not accept insurance, she is considered an Out-Of-Network provider. Thus, services are usually reimbursable with most PPO plans. Tara would be happy to provide you with a receipt for services (monthly statements) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Since your session is reserved especially for you, sessions will be charged full fee unless notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours in advance.
